How does the shipping work? They ship it to you and then you UPS it off to everyone else? Or is this only for people who can come pick it up?
Another question I’ve been wondering about: if you open up a #10 can how long does it last once opened? I’m trying to imagine learning to cook with, say dehydrated butter and having to use an entire can up right away when really all I want is to make one or two recipes with it just to see how it works.
