looks
like a fishing vest, which can be adaptable to carry tools, especially under a jacket in sub zero weather. hint; warm tools are easier to work with, cold tools stick to cold hands very well, ouch.
I figure Woolrich wants to jump on the tactical clothing wagon before someone else saturates the market.
