The abundance of Chinese knock-offs of various medical products makes me hesitant to purchase critical stuff like that off Amazon.
The link Zero posted has chest seals though, and it has a CAT 7 tourniquet, not the cheap SWAT-T. Even at the same price!! You should not cheap out when it might be your life depending on it!!!
you can stop distal circulation with an ACE bandage just like the SWAT T. remember your twists and pulls while applying. if you are running the SWAT-T or ACE bandage, tie an over hand knot in the last 2-3 inches as you unroll tuck the knot under your last wraps and it will bite under the wrap/out side the wraps for better secure application. if i had to move that patient more than a few meters to the ambu-cott, i would run some tape around it. might not be bad idea to get a pocket BVM https://www.narescue.com/cyclone-pocket-bvm.html and nasal airway. if your bleeding victim does goes unresponsive, you need to protect yourself while rescue breaths/cpr and open an airway. granted all this leads to you need this after that…snow balls into a whole BLS kit. thanks for the heads up on the NAR package.
