get it paid for ASAP. trust me it’s a great feeling to own your own home. i have had everything paid for 15 yrs now and became free of property taxes this year because of my age in our state. it can never be taken from me now, legally.
NICE! Congrats CR. Now you need to make up a youtube channel called Off Grid with CR, get a bunch of viewers while building up the property and when done. Sell it for 3x what you paid for it and move onto a new property. That’s what they all do from my observation.
