Birth of a notion

Handed over a (to me) fat check, signed some papers. I guess its a done deal. Now the real money-spending begins.Even though I just forked out a buncha money, I’m not considering it mine until I have the deed in  hand with my name on it. But for all intents and purposes…yeah, done deal.

  1. Good luck and enjoy, it will be an adventure for sure. I am a big believer in a three year plan to help me keep on track with projects that are a priority but the plan also allows me to save/pre-buy for future projects. Good luck and ENJOY the place

  2. Congratulations on your purchase. Last year I read all of your posts and comments and saw your response to my request to forward an envelope to a female of your acquaintance. Thanks for that. We, my trophy bride and I, have almost 7 acres in SW Wa with no debt. Praying you get the same.

  3. Congratulations! It has been a long and detailed process, but you won in the end! Next chapter is the build-out. Can’t wait to read the reports.

  4. I’ve been waiting to say this until you said it was a done deal… congratulations! We pulled it off about 5 years ago ourselves and it was the best decision we ever made. No regrets.

  5. A long road behind you and a longer road in front of you. At least the one in front of you is the one you chose. Congratulations!
