Schedule, Paratus, election

Been busy these last weeks. A small portion of it is the usual Zero stuff…stocking away magazines, food, etc, but I’ve also got a buncha stuff in my ‘civilian life’ that I need to keep up with and, sadly, that’s cutting into blogging time.

======

Paratus is a week from tomorrow. Feel free to tell your friends about it. Don’t we all need an excuse to legitimize the purchase of more gear, hanging out with like-minded friends, and going to the range?

======

The election approaches. Not to sound like a broken record or anything but whoever wins the election isn’t necessarily our friend..oh, one may be friendlier than the other, but I’m not willing to chance it. Magazines, receivers, armour, ammo, components…..not necessarily in that order, but pretty close.

======

Don’t feel ripped off…I have some more substantive blog posts coming up. Theyre sitting in the Drafts folder now and I’m just waiting to get some images to go along with them.

  1. Treating myself to some thing sweet, several varieties of honey in bulk, buying a new hand gun, and always more ammo. I figure that if I don’t do it no one will as the wife always gives me $ at Christmas. Then I have to give her money. And the lawyer should her hand for money after redoing the Wills etc.
    No you are NOT in the Will.

  2. Beginning to worry about you Zero. Glad you wrote something to indicate you is OK. You are so correct on the election leader choices, blah, yech. But Hilary at least clearly is an enemy of gun owners, so that is a given. Trump says he is with is, so who really knows.

    Just bought a CZ Skorpion EVO S A3 carbine. Really to much money but it looks so cool I just had to have it. Sold a 709 and a HiPoint 995 to get most of the scratch to pay for it. I can highly recommend it, functions perfectly. Put a Vortex Sparc AR red dot on it. Great combo. Also cheaper to shoot than any of my 3 AR’s. I can reload 9mm for 2/3 price of .223 ammo, and don’t have to deal with lubing and trimming cases.
