You may have answered this elsewhere, but just so I know for sure – provided it arrives by the deadline, are you accepting payment in the form of snail-mailed cash/check/money order/etc. – or PayPal only?
Snailmail works as long as you either mail or email a copy of a valid FFL as well. A money order made out to ‘WBC’ and sent to PO Box 998 Missoula MT 59806-0998 would do just fine.
