I am a weak, weak man…..
Me: This Glock has been sitting in the case a while.
Him: Make me an offer.[Gun is marked $500. Crazy money.]
Me: Meh..not really my kinda gun. I’d go [$XXX.XX]
Him: Sold.
Me: Dammit. I need to put a bit more english on those lowballs.
This is the second baby Glock I’ve bought in a caliber I don’t want. But…at the price I paid, my goal is to trade it for a 9mm Glock.
So…if any of you people have an interest in a .45 or .357 baby Glock, and have a 17,19,26, or 34 you don’t want (Gen3 preferred)..lemme know.
Nope!!
Had a Glock 27, not a fan of the baby Glocks. My favorite Glock currently is my 19x.
I’ve been carrying a 30 for about 8 years now. Maybe 2K through it.
Accurate, never missed a beat.
Yeah, me too – had one for more than 10 years, just bought a new one (with a rail on it) so I can mount a light.
Commander, have you thought of a caliber change kit? A nice baby Glock in .22 would be good for practice…

I have met very few .22 conversion kits for pistols that do the job well. The Colt Ace and CZ Cadet are the only two I’ve had good luck with.
So YOU’RE the dude who put that worm in my ear. :^)
Went out last night to do a little prowling at the pawn shop, when I saw a slightly used Gen4 G30 for $450. Meh – would pay nearly $500 with tax. But then the store employee tells me we have a deal going on right now. Put down 10% on lay-away – we drop 10% of price. Ditto 20%. Ditto 30%.
So that last one gets me thinking – 10% of $500 is $50, 30% is $150. A G30 for $350 out the door – thats a deal. Very little use and I’ve been looking at these for a while. Long story short – I pick it soon.
Have had a Gen 2 G21 for many years, I hope this one will enhance the experience.
What happens if you put down 50% or even 110% do they pay you.
Nope, they limit themselves to 30% MAX. The lay-away plan also offers a way to pay off in time, OR come back the next day and pay it completely off (which is what I did). A pretty good way to moving items off the shelf – when I went back, quite a bit of merchandise was already replaced with new stock.
