Supreme Court reverses decision on Missoula gun ordinance

It is worth pointing out the that local background check ordnance that was a darling of our philandering, alcoholic, obese, statist mayor (a.k.a “The Biggest Boozer”) was struck down by the Montana Supreme Court. Never mind that any idiot could have predicted such a result, it was important to send a message, regardless of cost, that background checks save lives……yeah, yeah, yeah. Too many lefty transplants getting themselves on the city council. Glad the state court at least reined in this batch of nonsense.

  1. Geeze! And here I thought being a Drunken, womanizing slob was a perquisite for membership in the CPUSA. I mean Red Ted Thank God He’s Dead Kennedy fit the bill. Bubba as well. LBJ was a heavy drinker and when it came to woman he made the Kennedy boys look like virginal choir boys.
Yeah, lots of lefties have to make up for their physical deficiencies by being low life bottom feeders.
Do you suppose living as a Drunken reprobate gives them all these fascistic ideas?

    • Getting into and out of limousines helps. Check out the billionaire, communist, whale in Illinois Governors mansion

  2. Washington state gun laws and new initiatives are out of control, it’s been a tough battle, being the state is anti gun and big money support. Edmonds Wa gun storage law was overturned recently. I-1639 requires us to take gun safety class to purchase semi auto rifles, which includes a Ruger 10/22, the newest movement is high taxes in local cities on gun and ammo sales, so they force gun dealers out of business.

  3. It is Death by a thousand Cuts! And it just that much more painfull. Next a law will be passed that outlaws anyone under 21 from entering a gun store. You would think it was a Porno Shop. Do not laugh. It is a law in England now and may be coming to a town near you. It is past due time for all gun owners to hang together. Or we shall hang separately. No one is a “Fud” now. For now all gun owners are our brothers or sisters. We must all stand together and say, No more. We must fight on all fronts, ballot box, commission meetings, writing letters and making telephone calls. We are a minority in a country of over 350+ million but we all vote every election. The time is now! before it is too late!

  4. It is about time we hold politicians who pass these laws, damn well knowing that there is case law already showing that it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, be brought up on criminal charges of “Official Oppression” (at least that is what is called here in Pennsylvania when a person in “authority” does something to deny you of your rights.) I believe the Feds have something in Title 18? Too. We had a mayor did the same thing. He is out now and wanted to be a county judge- lost miserably.

    • Violating Constitutional Rights is the crime,US title 19. You need a prosecutor who is willing to file charges and actually follow through(political/law enforcement suicide). Might try small claims court-1,000 cut principle.
