Hamilton gun show today! Man I miss gun shows. I’ll be there this afternoon taking stock of how little stock I expect to find. My guess? No centerfire ammo of any kind for less than $0.50/@, no Glocks for less than $550, and every AR and AK is at least $800.
We shall see.
Locally ammonia is real spotty. I was pleased to score 500 rounds of 9mm FMJ for .279 a round. I haven’t seen a round of 5.56/.223. One time I saw 7.52×39 it was like 45 cents a round for Wolfe. I’ve got ammo but the range meat bucket is pretty empty.
Mags are still totally available. Guns are iffy. You can probably buy say a 9mm handgun but good luck finding a Glock 45 or whatever. Pump shotguns are unobtanium which says a lot of new gun owners or folks who may have an oddball heirloom getting a practical house gun.
Check Classic Firearms for mags. They have AK, AR and lots of Flock mags. Usually Monday is mag sale day.
Haven’t had a gun show here in the frozen North since last year. All historical events canceled as well. No artillery competition at Camp Grayling.

Went to the same show Z. Did score some .45 acp reloads for .45 cents, but that’s all I picked up.
Crossroads show here today had 7.62×39 wolf for $700 a freakin’ case! All the times I was asked by people, “You bought MORE ammo?” over the years and now I can laugh at their fail.
Have had some luck with getting reloading gear and components at higher(not ridiculous)prices
Havent had to look, really. I learned my lesson a long time ago about keeping a large supply of components on hand, so I havent needed to look.
I stop my LGS from time to time seeking targets of opportunity. I’ll occasionally find a couple of boxes of this or that, and buy ’em if not “HFG!” Expensive, simply to have range fodder.
