The patron saint of neighborhood defense, Tony Moon, was interviewed about recent unrest in California. The money shot:

“If it’s a riot or if there’s any sort of mayhem, social chaos going on in your neighborhood, invest in firearms,” he said. “I mean, support the Second Amendment. Buy a gun, buy a rifle. I mean, the most easiest weapon to shoot is a shotgun. So invest in something like that and learn how to shoot it and be proficient with it, so that way it becomes part of your defense, whether it’s for your home or your business.”

This man is also active on the various social media platforms and he’s turned his 15 minutes of fame into a real identity. It appears he’s consistently been advocating for dang near 30 years. He’s not wrong though. Most people call 911 after the event, and afterwards is not when you need the cops most. As the man says, “You are your own first responder.”

      I have a friend who does multiweek backcountry canoe trips. His way of thinking is If you cant self rescue then you should not be there. Applies to a lot of life dontcha think

  3. The article I saw quoted interviews with rioters. One claimed he was making a hundred a day. Somehow it slipped out that the state of Commiefornia had spent $43 million dollars on the riots. A hell of alot more then when their piss poor forest management policies allowed the place to burn to the ground through mismanagement. That’s great. While the members of the Four Families of Commiefornia were out swilling wine, Governor Hair Gel. Or making millions on insider information on the stock market. Nasty Ass Pelosi needs to be jailed for her nefarious activities.
    The four families of Commiefornia are the Getty’s, The Pelosi’s, the Browns and the Newsomes. They are all intermarried. None of thise idiots can find a real job outside of politics and the destruction of a once great state. Destuction and a statewide level. Trump uses the military to create such destruction. These idiots use the most dangerous weapon known to mankind. Liberal political ideology.

      Trump driving their power base back home with ICE raids is epic, and comedy gold, at the same time.

      And the fact that the riots evaporated like fog in July the minute adult supervision with no compunction about using force showed up, the riots effectively ended. You can’t collect your riot bonus if you’re dead or in prison, and mercenaries are never committed farther than a paycheck will reach. It’s also no coincidence that 95% of them are from out-of-state (for almost every state they manifest themselves), and they only appear when summoned by the Riot Fairy jingling coins in a jar.

      If something happened to a few coordination nodes (including the ones walking on two legs), and their paymasters, this sort of nonsense would end for generations. Pretty much everywhere.
