Time stamp shows a bit of routine. The container guys, pending where the container is placed, may be enough to throw time/route off until Mr. Backstrap gets used to the idea. Get those ground blinds and shooting lanes built early so the game can get used to their presence.
Most of my deer hunting has been for blacktail here behind the lines in the People’s Republic of Washington. Blacktail have somewhat of a routine that sees a large enough area for them to “blow out” if they’re pressured or, they’ll hold tight as a tick to thick cover. That thick cover is usually vine maple and slide alder and there is no silent way through it.
i wonder what/where that fat boy is eating. be good to know. i have a whole herd of white tails in my dang yard, none of them with a shred of meat left on their bony asses. gonna be long hard winter for those gals.

Best of luck in your quest this autumn!
Once hunting season starts he probably won’t be seen again until the season is over…..at least that’s my experience!
