        • Nope. It’s been Out Of Stock at one of my vendors for a couple months. Every few days I check their inventory and they just happened to finally have a couple in stock.
What’s tragic is that it’s going to be months before I can even shoot this thing because getting all the gear and optics together is going to be so expensive. Definitely a project gun.

          • Sometimes it’s fun to simply shoot for recoil therapy without concern for hitting the X.

  1. So…the poll was sandwiched betwixt two new firearm ‘buys’ – I guess we know what the right answer was! 🙂

  2. Zero

That is a sweet long range power projector you got into. I have mused about getting one but here in WI a long shot is 4-500 yds maybe. Our longest rifle range is 600 yds and you .338 Lapua is just getting a good head of steam at that distance! Have fun with it. Also even if you reload ammo costs are not to be taken lightly. Hard to pound off 100 Rd’s and not feel a distinct ache in the wallet.

    • Ii assume what youre referring to are the light colored patches where the styrofoam from the box rubbed against the gun. It wipes off.

  3. Take me Bill Tyler, take me. Addictions can be a terrible thing!. But not all.

  4. I bought a RPR in 6.5 Creedmoor a few years ago and it’s great. Easy on the shoulder and has the range for long shots way past my skill level. TTFN

  5. What, and you didn’t buy his little brother the 300 Win Mag, you know, just for company cause it might get lonely. They’re just like animals and people, they need company, not always, but frequently….

  6. Seems I remember a post at the first of the year about somebody not buying guns for awhile. Wonder who that was? LOL

  7. “She’s a beaut Clark!” LOL!

Now some dies, powder, powder… and more powder! To me it’s really a better option than a 50 BMG. I’m becoming more aware of “space efficiency” in my old age I guess!

  8. Lapua is Finnish for “hurts your face to shoot”. But that Accu-trigger is pure, grass-fed, butter. Mmmmm-hmmmmm!
