Not when you reload and bought all of the components 20 years ago when they were selling them below cost as surplus. My average cost per round is about .60 cents each 😉

You’re confusing a RAP(155mm rocket assisted projectile) with this,maximum exposure is 4 rounds a day(effects can be cumulative like scuba diving) or any exposure can cause concussion, internal bleeding, brain swelling but lighting one off confirms if you love Arty.
